Job Description:

1. Business Development and Lead Management in their respective Regions.
2. Appointment of Dealers/Distributors in their territory to strengthen our business network.
3. Clients Visit in their regions to represent our Company/Brand in the Solar Market.
4. Coordinate with the internal team to facilitate the best services to our clients regarding dispatch, inspection etc.
5. Cold Calls to push our Brand in their Regions.
6. Attend Official Meetings at SECI, MNRE, NISE, Respective Nodal Agencies as well as other PSUs on behalf of our company as and when will be required.
7. Attend Technical Seminars, Expo., Training etc. as and when will be required to promote our products and Brand as well.
8. Visit to all adjacent States in their allotted Territories to increase our reach to enable us to achieve our Sales Targets.
9. To build an efficient Team in their regions under their guidance.
10. To send Daily Reports, MIS, and Market Feedback as per company norms to update top management accordingly.
11. Market research and competitors’ analysis for our continuous improvement.
12. Create a good feel about our company in their respective regions so far support and service are concerned.

1. Qualifications: Graduate/BEE/DEE.
2. Working Experience: 3 to 5 Years in the Solar Industry.
3. Location: Pan India Basis.
4. Salary: As per the Experience and Qualifications.
5. Date of Joining: With Immediate Effect.
